Linguagem é o campo da Fonoaudiologia voltado para o estudo, pesquisa, promoção, prevenção, avaliação, diagnóstico e tratamento de transtornos a ela relacionados, a fim de garantir e otimizar o uso das habilidades de linguagem do indivíduo, objetivando a comunicação e garantindo bem-estar e inclusão social.

O CEDAF atende crianças e adultos com alterações de comunicação (expressão e compreensão) oral e escrita.
